This move follows Cavassa’s recent appointment as President of the company. The changes come as former President and CEO, Mike Joyce, steps into retirement at year end after steering the company for 11 years. In his retirement, Joyce will assume the role of Vice Chair on PrimaLoft’s Board of Directors.

Her previous tenure as President of Saucony, coupled with her role as Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Brooks Sports Inc., showcases her expertise in driving growth across footwear and apparel sectors.

Additionally, her involvement across product, customer experience, retail, and brand marketing in pivotal leadership positions at Timberland, Nike, Reebok, Tommy Bahama, and Eddie Bauer is ideally suited for PrimaLoft and its place in the market.
